Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I wanted to know if I could use the image 'Eiffel Tower' as an example of perspective photography on a journal project for class. It won't be published, you will be credited, no money will be made and for all intents and purposes it will just be part of a collection of pictures to help me do my own photography. I completely understand any unwillingness and I will not abuse or go against your wished. Thanks!
